1999
First in fiduciary, Fi360 is founded to provide training and develop software to help financial services providers succeed.
2000
First fiduciary software solution, InvestMgt, officially released.
2002
Prudent Practices®, the original fiduciary handbook, is co-published with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
AIF® Designation launched. First training program held in October at the University of Pittsburgh.
2005
First Fi360 Conference held in Santa Fe, N.M.
First AIF® Designation training hosted in New Zealand.
2006
Fi360 Fiduciary Score® is first introduced.
CEFEX, an international joint venture, is formed to develop global fiduciary certification services.
Financial Planning magazine names the AIF® Designation one of the "Ten Most Wanted" designations in the financial industry.
2008
Fi360 Toolkit™ software launched, replacing Investmgt and providing a total platform upgrade.
First AIF® Designation training hosted in Canada.
2009
First AIF® Designation training hosted in Australia.
2011
Fi360 Pacific introduced, bringing the Prudent Practices® to Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines.
2013
Second major revision completed to Prudent Practices® and fiduciary handbooks.
Acquisition of Ann Schleck and Co., IPS AdvisorPro and Financial Services Standards
(creators of the PPC® Designation).
2014
10th annual Fi360 Conference held in Nashville, Tenn.
2016
Fiduciary Focus Toolkit™ , the next generation of fiduciary software, launches.
2017
Fi360 community grows to over 10,000 active designees.
First annual National Fiduciary Day hosted in New York City, Chicago and San Francisco.
The Ann Schleck and Co. Fee Benchmarker™ launches within the Fi360 Platform.
2018
Investment firms, such as Manning and Napier and 55ip, launch investment platforms that incorporate the Fi360 Fiduciary Score®.
Acquisition of the Center for Fiduciary Management (CFFM), makers of FiRM.
2019
Fi360 is acquired by Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE:BR), a global Fintech leader and part of the S&P 500® Index.
